Service Description

This individually tailored service has one goal: to enhance your cafe barista skills/consistency in order to enhance the customer experience and there by increase sales. We start with a visit to your cafe to learn about and assess your unique needs. We talk shop, inspect equipment, and observe customer and employee work flow. Together we craft the game plan together, scheduling the training session time and location to fit within your budget. PLEASE NOTE: The initial payment of $499 is for the consultation only. This amount is credited towards the training session/s determined and scheduled during our site visit where we will come up with your game plan together. Total cost can range from $999 to $3999 depending on the size of the staff. To give you an idea of what the cost might be, give Connor a call and he can give you an idea.
